So, by nature of his power it can obviously only happen through player permission and plotting. Until I get a more detailed info/permission post just drop a comment in here if you want to play around with his memory thing. Keep in mind Gabriel feels and hears whatever a person felt in that memory, but the intensity and clarity can vary depending on player discretion. Sorry for the lazy ass permission post I swear I will get that shit sorted LOL.
